Samoa Background
This was our second activity for day 1, and for this activity we wrote about our culture. First we wrote about where we came from and where I we were born. Then we talk the tradition in our culture. The last slide was facts about Samoa.
Do you remember me from 2 weeks ago? I came into your school with Jordan to present the Summer Learning Journey! Your school was awesome. I actually have a post up on my blog when me and Jordan came to visit your school, you should check it out and tell your peers that the group photo is on my blog. As you may of already gathered Im a blog commenter for the Summer Learning journey, in fact It’s my second year doing this! I have just completed my degree in teaching.
Thank you for completing this activity with such a thoughtful and creative blog post. I am really impressed. I have heard about White Sunday before, as my friends have grown up attending White Sunday. But they have never explained what White Sunday includes so thank you for this. Kai pai on also attributing your photos! I wonder if White Sunday is popular in Australia?
You’ve done a great job in making a stand out post. Keep up the great mahi!
Talofa Lava Rosalili!, Great work on starting the Summer Learning Journey activities. I found your DLO about your Samoan culture, interesting and enjoyable. I really like the way you included a celebration of Samoa. I also like how you explained what you did for this activity.
Hi Rosalili! This blog post was great. What has been your favourite activity this week? Do you think your going to finish the whole SLJ?? What did you find hard in this activity? Blog you later! ~ Florence
