Compound sentence
My dad said I had to have a shower
before I went I school, so I went as
fast as I could.
Today in writing we had to write a compound sentence. We had to highlight the punctuation yellow, we highlight the conjunction blue, we had to highlight the verbs orange and the subjects pink. This was easy and also hard but my teacher helped me.

Your blurb sounds fantastic you´ve explained about what to add into a compound sentence. Its good to ask for help because so that the teacher can explain what you need to add in a compound sentence.
